What is TECHtricity?

Fellow readers - welcome to my personal blog where I write about two of my passions, technology and electricity, and how their unification will enable a connected world.  An internet connected world will enable developing countries to communicate globally, and advancements in electrical infrastructure and batteries will make technologies more efficient and affordable over time.  All of these will contribute to a more just and equitable world. The future “techtric” world will contain unthinkable synergies enabling a more sustainable and linked world. 

I will specifically focus on current events topics, but give my speculative opinion about how I think these events will set the stage for the future.  As I am sharing my opinions I will be the first to accept being wrong, but I also believe that being bold and making gutsy predictions is part of my optimistic vision.
